In 2025, Nettle Creek Community Coalition was able to provide Christmas gifts for 75 children across 31 local families. Something this wonderful would not have been possible without the incredible generosity of our community!

If you are interested in sponsoring a child or family this Christmas, please follow the first form below and complete the sponsor form. We will work to thoughtfully match sponsors with participating families.

Families requesting Christmas assistance: Applications will open October 1st. Please carefully read and follow all directions included with each form. This helps us maintain accurate records, protect family information, and ensure no applications or sponsorship details are missed.

Family requests will be collected October 1st through October 31st. Please be sure to read and fully answer each question so that we can do our best to make sure wishes are met. If you have more than 1 child you only need to fill out a single form, there is a question at the end of the page if you are needing to fill out for more than one child it will bring up a new page if you click yes I have another child.
